There has been a sailing regatta happening here in Grenada over the last few days, so there have been a lot of activities in the area. Mike and I took Stella out in the dinghy to clean the bottom and then to head over to Le Phare Bleu for dollar wings. While we were there they were setting up for activities for the regatta. One of the local vendors was a surf shop. I said to Mike, "look they have one of those electric foil boards". So of course we went to have a look. They were offering 15 minute test rides.

Obviously we had to try that!

I went first. Took some getting used to, trying to figure out the speed and balance.

I started to get the hang of it

Before we went out I told Mike I didn't want to do it because I knew then I would want one and they're around $10k. I was right.

When I was exhausted I let Mike have a go.

Mike loved it so much he rode off into the sunset

We had such a great time and no one was injured in the process. We will not, however, be throwing down $10k for one of thes. At least not right now!
